Job summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), on a permanent full-time basis within our Finance team. This hybrid role is based in Saskatoon, SK.

You will lead FP&A, capital allocation, and decision support across FCL and the CRS, driving strategic financial decisions and partnering with senior leaders to strengthen financial performance. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and capital projects, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible and relevant finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business.
• Holds a Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FP&A activities including operating and capital budgets, forecasting, long‑range planning, variance analysis, and working capital optimization.
• Provide leadership and oversight for the capital allocation strategy, including financial analysis, modelling, prioritization and ongoing monitoring of major investments and capital projects.
