Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is seeking an Associate Vice President, Corporate Finance to lead the Corporate Finance function in a hybrid role based in Saskatoon, SK. You will shape financial planning, reporting, treasury, and risk strategies while partnering with senior leadership to enable enterprise priorities.

You will mentor a leadership team, drive governance and controls, and influence long-term financial performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership across multiple disciplines.
• Degree in Business or Commerce; MBA/CFA/CBV asset; CPA designation highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Finance as an integrated, high performing function across FP&A, accounting, treasury and risk.
• Partner with VP Finance to translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans and capital allocation decisions.
• Oversee enterprise FP&A, financial reporting and controllership to ensure accurate info and meaningful insights.
• Guide treasury, credit and risk strategies to support long-term sustainability.
• Champion governance and strong financial controls and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership for finance-led strategic initiatives and cross-enterprise programs.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing leadership team with a culture of collaboration.
