Job summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an AVP, People Strategy & Experience on a permanent basis within the People & Culture team. This hybrid role can be based in Saskatoon or Regina, offering enterprise-level leadership over talent, culture, and employee experience.

You’ll work with senior executives to translate business priorities into integrated people strategies, build organizational capability, and shape the future of work across the CRS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 8+ years in leadership roles.
• CPHR designation or equivalent.
• Experience leading people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong business acumen and data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute enterprise people strategy across HR functions.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and develop People & Culture leaders.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development.
• Drive diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and total rewards as an integrated strategy.
