Job summary

Shermco Canada is seeking a highly organized Field Scheduling Coordinator to support field service operations across the country. The role maintains schedules, processes changes, and ensures data accuracy in Salesforce Field Service and related systems.

Working in a hybrid Canadian environment, you will collaborate with Field Service Managers, coordinate assignments across branches, and provide clear scheduling information to enable workforce planning and proactive service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education in business administration, operations, logistics, or related field asset.
• Experience scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, operations administration, or similar role preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce or Salesforce Field Service strongly preferred.
• Strong data-entry skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current field technician schedules in Salesforce Field Service.
• Enter, update, and verify technician, project, assignment, and scheduling information.
• Process scheduling changes approved by Field Service Managers.
• Communicate regularly with Field Service Managers across Canada regarding technician availability and scheduling.
• Coordinate technician assignments across branches based on operations leadership directions.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, gaps, incomplete information, and overdue updates and inform managers.
• Track technician availability, planned leave, training, travel, and other scheduling considerations.
• Support workforce planning by providing clear scheduling information.
• Maintain data quality, confidentiality, and integrity across systems and records.
• Prepare scheduling reports and summaries for operational leaders.
• Follow up for missing or updated scheduling information.
• Support consistent scheduling processes across Canadian branches.
• Assist with seasonal workload increases and emergency schedule changes.
• Contribute to scheduling process improvements and Salesforce Field Service adoption.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as required.
