ADP is hiring a Banking Relationship Sales Representative (Small Business Solutions). The territory is within 90 minutes of our Burnaby location. You will grow your own book of business with strong leadership support, award‑winning training, and industry‑leading compensation.

You’ll drive new business from 1–49 employee firms, partner with banking colleagues, and advance deals through consultative B2B sales. The role offers a hybrid work model, Day‑1 benefits, and a clear path to promotion.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales and new client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by selling ADP’s cloud-based HCM solutions to small businesses.
• Prospect, engage, and close deals with business owners and HR/payroll/finance decision makers.
• Develop new clients, expand existing accounts, and meet defined sales targets.
• Partner closely with banking partners, nurture referral relationships, and convert partner leads into new business.
