Job summary

Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking an Allocation Analyst for an 18-month replacement contract in a hybrid Montreal setting. You will partner with Buying, Planning and Distribution to turn seasonal strategy into smart inventory actions and ensure the right product is where customers want it, when they want it.

You’ll analyze performance across stores and digital channels, translate data into actionable insights, and help shape inventory decisions that support growth and efficiency across channels.

Qualifications

• You’re curious, analytical and commercially minded; you turn data into action.
• You have a university degree in Commerce or a related diploma and at least 1 year of experience.
• You’re comfortable with Excel and using data to guide decisions.
• You communicate clearly and work well with colleagues across Canada in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Buying to translate season strategy into allocation decisions.
• Analyze performance across stores and digital channels and spot trends.
• Connect Buying, Planning and Distribution to place the right product at the right time.
• Anticipate inventory needs around promotions and launches; maximize product performance.
• Maintain accurate allocation systems and reporting for faster decisions.
