Job summary

Adidas is seeking an Assistant Manager, Store Allocation in Woodbridge, Ontario, to support in-season allocation and replenishment. You will ensure the right products reach the right stores on time to optimize sales and minimize excess inventory.

Responsibilities include end-to-end inventory flow, weekly replenishments, and collaboration with Buying and Planning to align on priorities. Hybrid work policy applies with in-office attendance Monday to Thursday and remote Friday.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in planning, buying, allocations or other relevant merchandising experience.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent planning, organizational and analytical abilities for retail data.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end retail inventory flow and store-specific distribution.
• Execute weekly replenishment allocations using sales trends and forecasts.
• Develop item-level replenishment strategies across stores and regions.
• Collaborate with Buying, Planning and Merchandising to align on priorities.
• Communicate allocation results, risks and opportunities with partners.
• Support inventory transfer plans and markdown strategies for seasonal transitions.
