Groupe Dynamite Inc. seeks an Allocation analyst in Montréal to optimize store inventory through initial allocation, replenishment and size analysis. You will collaborate across merchandise, planning, visuals and stores to maximize profitability while controlling markdowns.

This role requires a bachelor’s in SCM or Admin, 1+ year retail experience, strong Excel skills, and bilingual French/English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or Administration.
• 1+ years related experience in the Retail Industry.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bilingualism (French and English) required for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement initial push, replenishment and inventory strategy to support plans and targets.
• Manage inventory levels by analyzing trends, rate of sale and minimum quantities.
• Maintain balanced inventory to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Planner, RPI, Visual, DC, Product managers and Stores.
• Replenish store inventory for substitutions, shortages and seasonality.
• Review forecasts and adjust for demand and seasonality.
• Manage system-generated and report-based exceptions.
• Plan merchandise for store openings and determine size curves.
• Perform other duties as assigned; conduct store visits.
