Job summary

Prospect Human Services Society in Edmonton is seeking an Employment Resource Centre Coordinator for a full-time six-month contract. The role combines in-office and hybrid work, primarily based at Kingsway Mall ERC on the third level.

You will meet clients, triage referrals, manage data, and support job applications and workshops. You will collaborate with the Client Services team and Management, maintain updated resources, and help connect clients to community supports.

Qualifications

• Related academic qualifications and/or demonstrated experience delivering career and employment services.
• Demonstrated assessment experience with clients.
• Experience helping clients with labour market attachment and employment retention.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage a broad range of people.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to switch between tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and triage to Prospect programs/services.
• Enter client information into the agency database with emphasis on data integrity.
• Maintain knowledge of Prospect programs and eligibility criteria.
