Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology.
• 3–5 years of electric utility experience.
• Strong communication skills in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for commercial/residential customers requesting electrical service or upgrades.
• Coordinate projects and communicate timelines and requirements to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation per corporate standards.
• Interface with field services and other ENMAX departments to progress customer requests.
