Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology solutions within the Digital PMO, coordinating with stakeholders across Canada to ensure adoption and long-term performance.

You will manage projects from requirements gathering through deployment, drive governance and reporting to leadership, and promote change management practices while navigating a national deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• Degree in Information Technology, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the IT delivery lifecycle and technical concepts (integration, configuration, systems logic).
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of strategic projects for one of our business lines.
• Manage projects from requirements through deployment using recognized PM methodologies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
• Monitor and manage risks to minimize disruptions and ensure governance and reporting.
