Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead technology delivery within the Digital Project Management Office of a national program. You will guide projects from requirements through deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adoption and long-term performance of digital solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of tech project management, a relevant degree, strong IT lifecycle knowledge, and bilingual French/English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology projects.
• A degree in Information Technology, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A solid understanding of the IT delivery lifecycle and technical concepts such as integration, configuration, and systems logic.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Versatility, curiosity, attention to detail, perseverance, and a drive for technology-driven transformation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing competing priorities and stress.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English (required).
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Atlassian and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of strategic projects for one of our business lines.
• Lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment, following PM methodologies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• Monitor and manage risks to minimize project disruptions.
• Provide governance and reporting through performance tracking to senior leadership.
• Develop deployment strategies tailored to target user groups.
• Support promotion and adoption of national-scale deployments.
• Validate solutions with end users and adjust based on feedback.
