Job summary

Seequent in Toronto, ON is seeking a Data Solutions Support Specialist to join our Global Support Team. You will provide hands-on technical support to customers worldwide, handling inquiries via email, phone, and remote sessions, and assist with onboarding and training activities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Development, and Data Solutions teams to deliver outcomes, maintain service levels, and contribute to knowledge base content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in progressive customer support roles, with experience in data management.
• Post-secondary education in Data Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong technical aptitude and computer literacy, including experience with database management applications, Microsoft Office (Excel and Access), SQL, MongoDB, Postman, browser developer tools, and reporting platforms such as Power BI and Pentaho.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via email, phone, and remote sessions, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely resolution.
• Support onboarding, training, and implementation activities including creating training content and conducting sessions.
• Contribute to self-help resources and knowledge base content using Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) principles.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, Development, and Data Solutions teams to deliver outcomes and maintain service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and champion scalable, cost-effective service delivery.
