Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC) is seeking a Corporate Accounting Clerk for our head office near Stonewall, MB. This full-time permanent role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and provides transactional accounting support within the Corporate Accounting Department.

The incumbent will handle AP/AR, vendor data, journal entries, and month-end processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.

Formación

• Proficient data entry and processing of financial documents.
• Experience preparing journal entries and general ledger activity.
• Experience with invoices, accounts payable/receivable and related documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable/receivable with proper coding and documentation.
• Maintain vendor master data and support onboarding and setup.
• Prepare and process journal entries including accruals and write-offs.
• Record and reconcile daily banking transactions and cash receipts.
• Reconcile corporate gas and credit card programs.
• Track fixed assets and support subledger maintenance.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end reporting.
