Job summary

Questrade Financial Group in Toronto seeks a Compliance Officer to oversee CASL, AML/FINTRAC programs, licensing renewals, and data privacy governance. You will automate identity verifications, monitor marketing flows, and work with Operations, Product, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment across provinces.

Ideal candidates have a strong compliance background, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex, matrixed projects in a hybrid Canada-wide environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year post-secondary degree and 3–4 years of relevant compliance or regulated-industry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication to a range of audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage CASL, CRTC UTRs, AML/FINTRAC requirements and website compliance across web/mobile platforms.
• Lead automation of AML/FINTRAC identity verification and KYC checks with cross-functional teams.
• Audit customer-facing journeys, lead forms, terms of service and marketing flows for compliance.
