CIMA+ | B&A in Calgary is seeking a Communications & Engagement Specialist to support communications, engagement programs, and stakeholder outreach. You will translate technical information into accessible language and help deliver projects with public and community impact.

The role offers opportunities to grow in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team with flexible work arrangements and exposure to Canada-wide projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in communications, public engagement, or related field.
• Degree or diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience translating technical information into accessible language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies and plans.
• Prepare content for websites, newsletters, mailouts, social media, and press materials.
• Coordinate engagement activities and events with senior team members.
• Support stakeholder engagement and collaboration across disciplines.
