Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a Senior Telecom Engineer to lead system architecture and deliver mission-critical telecommunications projects for clients across utilities and public sectors. You will guide design, interface with multiple disciplines, and mentor engineers in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Based in Canada with flexibility to work from Calgary, Vancouver, Kelowna or Edmonton, this role offers opportunities to shape technology strategies while delivering practical, reliable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional engineering registration in Canada or eligible for registration.
• 10+ years in telecommunications engineering with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecommunications engineering work packages and system architecture for complex projects.
• Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and lead design reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and designers.
• Engage with clients to define requirements and present recommendations.
