CMLS Financial in Vancouver is seeking an Administrator, Commercial Mortgage Operations to manage the full life cycle of a mortgage portfolio, post-funding administration, and servicing responsibilities.

You will verify documents, assist funding, record transactions, reconcile accounts, and support cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity. Hybrid work options and strong benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or nearing completion in Real Estate, Business Administration, Math, Accounting, Insurance, or Economics.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in English and French written and spoken communication.
• Experience in banking, credit union, or financial services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end post-funding servicing and life-cycle management of mortgage portfolios.
• Collect, verify, and track documentation for compliance with loan agreements.
• Record post-funding transactions and reconcile trust accounts in loan systems.
• Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
