Job summary

Aviva Canada is seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Specialist for the GCS Auto claims team, based in Oakville with a hybrid work model. You will manage Auto physical damage claims for large corporate and program clients across Canada, delivering a client-centered claims experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of auto claims handling experience, a passion for customer service, and professional designations or qualifications in progress. CIP/FCIP is an asset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Auto claims handling experience.
• Commercial Auto experience with endorsements (Garage Auto, 21B) is preferred.
• CIP or FCIP designation or actively working towards it (asset).
• University degree or College Diploma or equivalent Auto claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion the GCS brand by delivering against the Claims Value proposition for Aviva Canada’s largest commercial Auto risks and programs.
• Handle Commercial Auto Claims across Canada (excluding Quebec) on fleet rated, individually rated, Garage Auto, Non-Owned Auto policies.
• Guide customers through the claims process, explaining coverage and steps for timely resolution.
• Adhere to account-specific service levels and work with Brokers & Clients to set clear expectations.
