Job summary

CGIC in Ontario is seeking a Claims Representative I, Auto to investigate, negotiate and settle service claims. You will interact with clients, apply policy coverages, and strive for timely, accurate resolutions.

This hybrid role (2 days in office) requires excellent communication, a client-first mindset, and comfort with technology. English is required, French is an asset. Regular full-time with potential peak-period shifts; opportunities to grow and pursue CIP designation.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional client service and engaging with clients as an industry leader in client engagement.
• Reviewing policy wordings, applying coverages, negotiating and settling service claims.
• Investigating and evaluating information to quantify losses and identify salvage/subrogation opportunities.
• Proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders for timely, quality resolution of claims.
