Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to contribute to municipal and real-estate infrastructure projects across Canada. You will work under supervision on multidisciplinary teams, delivering designs and technical reports for water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure.

The role supports a hybrid work model with flexible hours and office presence in Mississauga, Bowmanville, Markham or Toronto. Experience with InRoads, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD is valued.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of civil/municipal engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Accredited with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
• Proficient in InRoads, MicroStation, Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Valid G-class driver’s license with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee detailed design of civil projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare tender drawings, documents and estimates.
• Provide technical leadership in client meetings.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with CAD staff to meet current design standards.
• Some field work and travel may be required.
