Job summary

Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Research Project Coordinator Analyst for Cancer Care within the Department of Research. Reporting to the Principal Investigator, you will support project and study management, coordinating REB submissions, literature reviews, and data collection and analysis across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health sciences or social sciences required.
• Minimum of three years research experience and project coordination.
• Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods and data management.
• Familiarity with health research is required.
• Strong project coordination, timelines, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and sound judgement.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and multisite teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, email and internet applications.
• French language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support REB submissions, literature reviews, and data collection/analysis.
• Develop workplans, protocols, timelines, and documentation; prepare materials and reports.
• Facilitate communication across multi-site and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support knowledge translation and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and risks; address delays.
