One Degree Organics is seeking a Consumer Experience Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and a key driver of our mission to build strong relationships with customers and farming partners.

You will deliver empathetic service while championing the One Degree Organics brand, helping create meaningful brand experiences and supporting related marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer service is required.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as IssueTrak or similar.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails with empathy and professionalism.
• Call customers directly to provide a personal touch.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before escalation.
• Create handwritten notes and thoughtful follow-ups to surprise and delight customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends).
• Document all customer interactions in IssueTrak.
• Compile weekly summary reports and share insights with stakeholders.
• Support farmer engagement initiatives and brand experiences.
