We are seeking a proactive Bookkeeper to handle full cycle accounting in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience.
• 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience processing payroll (issuing T4s, ROEs, T4 summary).
• An open mind to trying out new technology.

Responsibilities

• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Issuing invoices and recording receipts.
• Bill payment processing.
• Payroll processing.
• HST filing.
• Month end reconciliations.
• Responding to client queries.
