Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording transactions, categorizing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Demonstrates problem solving skills through understanding the flow of work and assist with collection of any missing documents or information.
• Communicating with clients through phone calls, email, and instant messaging, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Experience and Skills

• High level of skill with technology and willingness to adapt to various computer software, proactively adopts new tools to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance our firm's workflow.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Excel).
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• High attention to detail.
