Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in venue bookings, events, hospitality, arts administration, client services, complex scheduling, or a related operational environment.
• Education in front line hospitality, client services or arts administration; live music industry experience is a plus.
• Experience managing a team while staying actively involved in day-to-day work.
• Experience delivering superior client service and retention strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM, project management or scheduling software; Momentus Enterprise is a strong asset.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and coordinate across a team in a high-volume environment.
• Strategic and critical thinking with sound judgment in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bookings Department and ensure workflows and service standards.
• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management for Bookings staff.
• Support departmental objectives, plans, and revenue initiatives.
• Monitor workload distribution and resource allocation for timely service delivery.
• Support client retention and acquisition through high-quality service and relationships.
