Job summary

Ingram Micro Canada is seeking an early-career Professional Services Associate to help grow our Lifecycle Management Services business. You will connect with reseller partners, uncover customer needs and develop opportunities across cybersecurity, networking, hybrid IT, cloud, AI and other professional services.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to AI at an early stage in its adoption across the technology channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer service.
• Confidence starting conversations and disciplined follow-through.
• Curiosity about technology and a strong interest in learning and applying AI.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to reseller partners and introduce Ingram Micro’s professional services capabilities.
• Qualify opportunities for assessments, cybersecurity, cloud and AI projects, migrations, networking services and training.
• Collaborate with sales and technical specialists to develop relevant solutions and advance opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools, Xvantage™ platform and CRM data to identify prospects and tailor outreach.
• Build knowledge of AI solutions and discuss potential use cases with partners.
• Track activity and maintain a pipeline of professional services opportunities.
