Ingram Micro Canada is seeking an early-career Professional Services Associate to help grow our Lifecycle Management Services business. You will connect with reseller partners, uncover customer needs and develop opportunities across cybersecurity, networking, hybrid IT, cloud, AI and other professional services.

This role offers hands-on exposure to AI, you will learn to apply Ingram Micro's AI tools and Xvantage platform to identify partner opportunities, tailor outreach and make informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years in sales, BD or customer service.
• Curiosity about technology and AI.
• Clear communication and strong organization.
• No day-one tech expertise required.
• Proactive, eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to reseller partners and introduce services.
• Qualify opportunities in cybersecurity, cloud and AI.
