Konrad is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive the seamless execution of digital and AI solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams through complex builds, owning timelines, scope, resources, and budgets to deliver high-impact digital products.

You’ll work with senior leadership and client partners to optimize delivery processes, roadmaps, and metrics while mentoring team members and improving operational rigor across engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical project management, delivery management, or agile program leadership within digital consulting or product environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex end-to-end digital and AI product deliveries across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile/scrum methodologies, and modern architectures including AI/ML integrations.
• Excellent organizational, risk management and problem-solving skills with focus on operational rigor.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders in business and engineering contexts.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios, resourcing plans, and budgets.
• Proven ability as trusted delivery partner for client stakeholders.
• Experience refining team workflows, metrics and QA processes.
• Mentoring and team development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end execution and technical delivery of digital and AI initiatives, owning timelines, scope, resources and budgets.
• Lead daily delivery cadence across cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams to maintain momentum and high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with client teams and product owners to establish clear delivery roadmaps, milestones, and transparent reporting.
• Identify execution risks, bottlenecks and scope shifts; implement mitigations before impact.
• Optimize agile delivery frameworks, governance models and team workflows for quality and velocity.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Drive delivery quality standards to meet technical, design and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan resource allocation and capacity for upcoming phases.
• Integrate AI tools and automated delivery practices to enhance productivity.
• Mentor Digital team members and foster a culture of operational excellence.
