You will contribute to requirements gathering, resource planning, and execution oversight across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within collaborative design and/or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, resource allocation, and project scope with precision.
• Demonstrable track record of effective client communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong passion for digital solutions, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
• Curiosity about AI and comfort using AI tools to support your work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workflows across agile and multi-phase projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and budgets.
• Drive day-to-day operations across cross-functional groups (Design, Technology, Strategy).
• Coordinate internal and client-facing project meetings and track action items.
• Identify risks and work with leads to resolve bottlenecks and keep objectives on track.
• Support development of deliverables for diverse client portfolios and industries.
• Synthesize client feedback into clear, actionable next steps.
• Facilitate workshops (discovery, design thinking, planning sessions).
• Prepare project status reports and client updates, using AI tools to optimize workflows.
