Job summary

Konrad, an AI-driven digital consultancy, is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive the seamless execution of digital and AI solutions in Toronto. You will lead cross-functional teams of designers, developers and strategists from inception to launch, owning timelines, scope, resources and budgets.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, risk management, roadmap alignment with clients, and mentoring team members while integrating AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management, delivery management, or agile program leadership within a digital consulting or product environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex end-to-end digital and AI product deliveries across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile/scrum methodologies, and AI/ML integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical delivery plans to both business and engineering stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios, resourcing plans, and budget tracking simultaneously.
• Mentoring and team developing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution and delivery of digital and AI initiatives, including timelines, scope, resources and budgets.
• Lead daily delivery cadence across product, design and engineering teams to maintain momentum and quality.
• Partner with client teams to establish delivery roadmaps, milestone tracking, and reporting.
• Identify execution risks and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups and retrospectives for continual improvement.
• Mentor Digital team members and foster a culture of operational excellence.

About The Role

Konrad is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to drive the seamless execution and delivery of our digital and AI solutions. You've successfully managed cross-functional project teams of designers, developers, and strategists through complex technical builds and high-impact digital products, from inception to launch. Working with senior leadership and client partners, you'll own execution quality, process optimization, resource allocation, and timeline accountability across a portfolio of digital and AI engagements.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end execution and technical delivery of digital and AI initiatives, taking ownership of timelines, scope, resources, and budgets
• Lead daily delivery cadence across cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams to maintain momentum and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Partner closely with client teams and product owners to establish clear delivery roadmaps, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting
• Proactively identify execution risks, technical bottlenecks, and scope shifts, implementing mitigation strategies before they impact delivery
• Optimize agile delivery frameworks, governance models, and team workflows to maximize quality and velocity across complex projects
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement in team performance
• Drive delivery quality standards, ensuring client solutions meet technical, design, and performance requirements
• Collaborate with consulting leadership to manage team capacity and plan resource allocation for upcoming project phases
• Integrate modern AI tools and automated delivery practices into team workflows to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency
• Mentor Digital team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous learning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, delivery management, or agile program leadership within a digital consulting or product environment
• Proven track record of managing complex end-to-end digital and AI product deliveries across multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile/scrum methodologies, and modern technical architectures, including AI/ML integrations
• Exceptional organizational, risk management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational rigor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical delivery plans to both business and engineering stakeholders
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios, resourcing plans, and budget tracking simultaneously
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience serving as a trusted delivery partner for client stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience refining team workflows, metrics, and quality assurance processes
• Mentoring and team developing experience

The estimated compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
