Konrad is seeking a Specialist, Digital focused on Data Analytics to support client engagements with analytics and reporting solutions that help organizations understand their data and make informed decisions.

You will work with senior analysts, data scientists, engineers and product teams, contributing to dashboards, KPI tracking, data quality, and broader consulting skills across UX, design thinking, and project management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a data analyst, BI, or analytics role.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with analytics tooling.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and BI tools.
• Ability to define KPIs and track metrics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights under guidance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
• Document metrics, definitions, and analytics processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers on modeling and reporting layers.
• Communicate insights through visualizations and summaries.
