Job summary

iAnthus Capital Holdings is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Toronto for a full-time, hybrid role. You will manage end-to-end invoice processing, resolve discrepancies, and handle vendor payments while supporting controls and process improvements.

The role partners with Finance and reports to the AP Manager, with responsibilities including bank reconciliations and supplier onboarding. A strong attention to detail and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Intermediate working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases for accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems is required; Sage X3/Intacct is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and post invoices accurately using accounting software (SAGE).
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and complete bank reconciliations.
• Maintain supplier master data and respond to AP inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Process vendor payments via cheque, EFT/ACH, and wire transfers; support audits and SOPs.
