Job description

Controlled Air Management has a job opening for an HVAC Test and Balance Technician. All required training will be provided.

Duties:

• Travel to various project sites to complete Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) of Ventilation and Hydronic systems.

Requirements:

• Preferred candidate will have completed post secondary education in Building Engineering Technology, HVAC: Sheet Metal Design, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of CAD programs.
• Ability to read and understand engineered project drawings and specifications.
• Must be willing to travel to project sites.
• Valid workplace safety qualifications including WHIMIS, Fall Arrest, Elevated Work Platform, etc are an asset.
• Position is based out of Moncton, New Brunswick. Preference will be given to a candidate residing in or near the greater Moncton area.
