Annexair in Montreal is seeking a Submittal Specialist to prepare submittals per client requests, coordinating with sales, and releasing approved documents into production after engineer approval.

You will read specifications, select components, coordinate kickoff meetings, confirm timelines and pricing, and ensure smooth handover between factory and client. Fluent English is required; French is a plus. A technical Building Systems Technology diploma is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of HVAC-related experience.
• Good understanding of air-handling unit design.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Functional French is an asset.
• English proficiency mandatory for communication with US clients and documentation in English.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret project specifications, mechanical plans and electrical & control schematics.
• Select mechanical components such as fans and heat exchangers.
• Prepare submittal drawings and coordinate kickoff submittal meetings.
• Confirm project timelines and finalize estimations with quotations.
• Coordinate release into production and ensure handover between factory and client.
• Keep track of the project until delivery.
