Rate: $30- $50 per hour DOE
Location: Windsor, CA
Position: Hourly, Full-time

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service, repair, and some installation, and will also possess excellent problem-solving skills. Candidates should also have good customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
2. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
3. Assist maintenance technicians when needed.
4. Repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems (Includes everything that pertains to HVAC system repairs).
5. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, distributors, management, and team members.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
2. EPA Certification.
3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
