M&K is looking for energetic, motivated, and career-minded HVAC Lead Installers & Service Sub Contractors responsible for onsite installation and service of HVAC systems and equipment.

What Will You Do

• Ensure HVAC equipment meets or exceeds standards and codes.
• Follow all Energy Star installation and service procedures.
• Educate customers on maintenance and promote HVAC options.
• Complete HVAC inspections.
• Maintain a clean, stocked vehicle.
• Explain benefits of efficient equipment.
• Promote products and services, avoiding unnecessary repairs.
• Provide a five-star customer experience and request online reviews.

Education/Experience/Skills

• At least 3 years recent HVAC installation or service experience.
• Strong technical and customer service skills.
• Gas Technician license required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Responsible, positive attitude, and team player.
