Southern Comfort Mechanical Inc. is hiring an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician/Journeyperson in Manitoba. The role offers pathways for long-term career growth within a team-oriented environment and a competitive hourly wage.

You will install HVAC equipment, perform maintenance, and manage on-site materials while collaborating with a skilled team. Requirements include a Red Seal in Refrigeration and AC Mechanic – Commercial, a valid license, and flexibility for on-call work.

Formación

• Red Seal in Refrigeration and AC Mechanic - Commercial trade is required.
• Gas A or B ticket is an asset, but not required.
• Valid and current driver’s license.
• Flexible with working hours; on-call rotation.
• Team or independent work with minimal direction.

Wages up to $48.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Maintain jobsites, tools, and materials
• Prepare written material lists as required

Qualifications:

• Possess a red seal in the Refrigeration and AC Mechanic - Commercial trade
• Gas A or B ticket is an asset, but not required
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license
• Flexibility with working hours; on-call rotation
• Willing to work as part of a team or independently with little direction
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Possess a willingness to learn new skills and procedures
