Job summary

IR Pros – Prairie HVAC/R in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage industrial refrigeration projects across Canada. You will ensure safe installation, maintenance, and repair, and provide technical expertise to clients.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience in industrial refrigeration, knowledge of ammonia/CO2 systems, strong communication, and ability to coordinate with teams, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management of industrial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of ammonia (NH3) or CO2 refrigeration systems and safety regulations.
• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of industrial refrigeration projects.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Communicate project goals and progress to team members, clients, and vendors.
