Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment at our Winnipeg and Ste Agathe facilities. You will support production uptime and execute maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years in industrial maintenance, HVAC licensing, and CMMS experience, with a strong mechanical background and readiness for after-hours work. Relocation assistance is mentioned for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
HVAC license and gas ticket preferred.
Experience with CMMS (COGZ) and building maintenance.
Ability to inspect, repair, and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

Performs troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Completion of work orders and ensure repairs meet quality, safety and sanitation standards.
Communicate and collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams for efficient plant operation.
Ensures that Work Orders and all information are entered into COGZ CMMS.
Recommends and participates in continuous improvements to increase efficiencies.
Repair and maintain HVAC systems for the Winnipeg plant and assist Ste Agathe as needed.
On-call / After-hours response to emergency equipment breakdowns.
