Job summary

Plan Group, Inc. in Ottawa, ON is seeking an experienced HVAC Journeyman to join our growing service team. You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems on commercial and institutional projects, working hands-on and safely with a team.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, valid 313A and G1 licenses, a clean driver’s license, and the ability to coordinate with other trades while meeting deadlines. Documentation using SharePoint and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid 313A Refrigeration & AC Mechanic license
• Valid Gas Technician 1 (G1) license
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Experience on active commercial/institutional construction sites
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint documentation
