Noble Corporation in Canada is seeking a Counter Sales Associate- HVAC at our Lesmill Profit Centre to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. You will process orders, provide product information, upsell when appropriate, and work with a supportive team to meet customer needs.

Salary range CAD 40,000–55,000 with full benefits and a Student Loan Repayment Benefit. This role offers growth opportunities through training and development programs.

Competenze

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Provide direct sales service and product information to customers (in person or by phone).
• Process sales, enter orders, pull from inventory, and arrange delivery.
• Evaluate needs and upsell products to maximize sales and profit.
• Support other related profit-centre duties as needed.
