How you Contribute to Noble's Success

• Provide direct sales service and product line information to our customers (in person, or by telephone/e-mail), and ensure customer's needs are satisfied
• Process sales, including entering orders, pulling product out of inventory, and scheduling delivery or helping buyers load orders.
• Evaluate customer's needs and upsell product where appropriate to maximize sales
• Other related profit centre duties to support business needs

Must Haves and Nice to Haves

You Must Have:

• Minimum two (2) years' customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Able to safely lift upwards of 50lbs

The target annual salary range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000.
