Noble Corporation is hiring for a Counter Sales Associate at our Dupont (Toronto) Profit Centre. You will provide direct sales service, share product information, and ensure customer needs are met while maximizing sales and gross profit.

This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Opportunity to grow within a thriving organization, with training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years’ customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Able to safely lift upwards of 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct sales service and product line information to our customers (in person, or by telephone/email), and ensure customer’s needs are satisfied
• Process sales, including entering orders, pulling product out of inventory, and scheduling delivery or helping buyers load orders.
• Evaluate customer’s needs and upsell product where appropriate to maximize sales
• Other related profit centre duties to support business needs
