Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Able to safely lift upwards of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct sales service and product information to customers in person or by telephone/email.
• Process sales, including entering orders and scheduling delivery or helping load orders.
• Evaluate customer needs and upsell products to maximize sales.
• Perform other related profit-centre duties as needed.
