Job summary

Noble, Dupont (Toronto) Profit Centre, is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in Plumbing & HVAC to provide direct sales service and product information to customers, both in person and by phone or email. You will process orders, pull from inventory, and schedule deliveries to maximize customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes upselling where appropriate, exceptional service, and teamwork within a thriving organization offering growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years' customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication (written & verbal) skills.

The target salary range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000
