Sinclair Supply Ltd., a leader in wholesale HVACR products, invites an HVAC Commercial Estimation Manager based in Edmonton to lead our commercial estimating teams across Western Canada. If you have 5+ years in HVAC and strong leadership, you will drive bids, manage projects, and ensure excellent customer experience from first contact to final follow-up.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HVAC, mechanical systems, or related field, or an HVAC technical designation is required.
• 5+ years of HVAC industry experience, with knowledge of air movement, mechanical systems, and equipment, is required.
• 3+ years of management experience is required.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and preparing equipment selections, quotations, and submittals is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with contractors, customers, suppliers, and internal teams are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Commercial Team members across Western Canada, helping them prioritize bids and develop estimating skills.
• Set clear expectations for the Commercial Team and provide feedback on performance, customer service, and sales goals.
• Guide the team in applying pricing procedures and controls to commercial quotations and bids.
