Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in Commercial HVAC/data center industries.
• Experience in controls contracting and building automation knowledge.
• Ability to interpret mechanical plans and specifications.
• Work with multi-discipline projects with timely turnaround.
• Familiarity with manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Project management, process improvement and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Personable, approachable attitude with presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude and comfort with minimal administrative support.
• Attention to detail, conscientious, self-motivated and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Review project designs with the sales team to define objectives and deliver accurate estimates.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and ensure project success.
• Create project quotations based on customer specifications and maintain CRM records (MSD365).
• Assist with developing value-engineered solutions for OEM customers with product management and data centre team.
• Create and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and prepare status reports.
• Be a trusted technical advisor to the team and support product launches.
• Educate clients on Bray Commercial's product offerings and conduct product presentations.
