Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a secondary school diploma and be pursuing Building Systems course.
• Two years of maintenance experience required.
• Broad general maintenance skills and ability to interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Performs licensed skills with attention to code requirements.
• Maintains HVAC components, filters, drainage and pumps.
• Responds to pager calls and prioritizes work across schools.
• Records readings: boiler, water and electricity consumption.
• Program Simplex control panels and energy management systems.
• Check and repair HVAC units; inspect and maintain mechanical rooms.
• Assist with custodial duties and general repairs as needed.
