Master is seeking a Branch Representative in Kelowna to deliver outstanding customer service in a wholesale HVAC distribution setting. You will process orders, quotations, and inquiries while collaborating with inside and outside sales teams to meet client needs.

You will source parts, manage inventory, and build lasting relationships through professional communication. The role requires multitasking, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team and on-call rotation.

• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency.

• Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
• On-call rotation experience is a plus.
• HVAC-R industry or retail sales experience an asset.
• Post-secondary education is an asset; forklift training provided.
